Simply Complicated

Lincoln Malone has loved Savannah Hawkins since they were kids.

The feelings come as naturally as breathing to him … And he's not ashamed to show her, or let the whole world know it. But Linc is forbidden to her. According to her mother, whose big dreams for Savvy don't include him, he's off-limits. Yet, she's tired of fighting her secret feelings, yearning for what she can't have. Since there's no stopping their connection, she finally chooses to embrace their truth instead. When tragedy strikes, she's forced to walk away and doesn’t dare look back.

A lifetime later, returning to the place that caused her so much pain seems counterproductive to Savvy … until she runs into Linc again. Now the boy who'd always seemed more like a man, has finally grown into the person he was destined to become, a champion for Baxter Park and its people. One look into Linc's determined gaze and it's as if Savvy never left home … or him. Except, this time, her heart's more guarded than ever, and she is hellbent on leaving again the first chance she gets, for good.

Can he convince her to stay and risk giving their forever love a second chance?
