Janet Does Everything: A Poetical Hodgepodge for Children, Adults and the Undecided is an eclectic collection of verse in the tradition of such rhymesters as Lewis Carroll, Edward Lear and W. S. Gilbert. Janet Does Everything is the work of Van Evan Fuller, who (through some remarkable coincidence) is also the illustrator. Mr. Fuller has been an artist/illustrator since 1980, when computers were powered by kerosene and the only Amazon was full of piranhas. As a semi-ancient person, Mr. Fuller writes in the intricate, traditional style that strictly observes the rules of rhyme and meter. He ignores the rules for everything else.
