A lowly farm boy. A mysterious barn. Three enchanted horses. And a princess atop an impossibly steep glass hill...
From the pages of The Blue Fairy Book by Andrew Lang comes The Princess on the Glass Hill, a spellbinding tale of courage, humility, and destiny. Meet Cinderlad, the underestimated youngest son who dares to do what his brothers will not. On three magical St. John's nights, he conquers fearsome earthquakes and tames three magical steeds—each clad in shining copper, silver, and gold.
When the king declares that only the rider who can ascend the slippery Glass Hill and claim three golden apples may win the princess’s hand, noblemen and princes from across the world fail. But Cinderlad, cloaked in secret and clad in dazzling armor, rides toward a fate no one—not even his mocking brothers—could imagine.
Perfect for fans of timeless fairy tales, The Princess on the Glass Hill is a charming blend of folklore, fantasy, and heroic triumph, brought vividly to life by narrator Matt Goodluck.
