The Strait Way to Heaven

Nothing is more important than the condition of your soul, and this timeless work offers thought-provoking insight and biblical wisdom for those who wish to store up treasure in heaven. Originally written by Puritan pastor William Dyer (1632–1696), The Strait Way to Heaven presents twenty biblical principles that lead to a life of deep repentance, unwavering faith in Christ, and true holiness. With deep insights drawn from Scripture, Dyer urges readers to forsake sin, embrace righteousness, and walk steadfastly in obedience to God. This revised and updated edition preserves the heart of Dyer’s message while making his rich teachings more accessible to today’s readers.

Written with passionate urgency and deep pastoral care, this book serves as both a convicting call to self-examination and an encouraging guide to the joy of a life fully surrendered to the Lord. Dyer’s words remind us that holiness is the only true path to happiness and that the narrow road of faith leads to eternal life. Whether you are seeking a deeper relationship with Christ or a better understanding of the Christian walk, The Strait Way to Heaven will challenge and inspire you to live with purpose, integrity, and unshakable devotion to God.
