Daisy Dolittle: The Koala Caper

Discover the new series from celebrated children's author Melody Lockhart!
Daisy Dolittle is an independent-minded 10-year-old girl with a love of animals and a magical secret. She has the incredible ability to speak to animals in their own language! Not only does this make her a friend to cuddly creatures of all sizes … it also makes her a fantastic detective. Whenever an animal is in danger or needs rescuing, Daisy is sure to be on the case!
Daisy comes from a famous family. Many books have been written about her great-great-great grandfather, animal doctor John Dolittle (ever heard of him?). Her mother is a glamorous actress whose job takes her all over the world, so Daisy joins her on her travels. Wherever she goes, Daisy quickly makes new animal friends — and she is sure to find mystery and adventure!
If you love adventure stories and cute animals, then Daisy's your girl! She gets up to all sorts of hijinks — foiling dognappers in Paris, thwarting animal smugglers in Australia, rescuing otters, and more. Her stories are packed with Melody Lockhart's trademark mixture of dynamic action, snappy humour, and heartfelt emotion.
