Sleep Sounds 3 Fall Asleep Quickly with 24 Hours of a Cascading Waterfall

This Audiobook gives you a bundle of two 12 hour programs.

The programs begin after a short narration of guided imagery to prepare you for sleep.

Program One: 12 hours of the sounds of a Cascading Waterfall and the Soothing Tones of Calming Classical Music.

Program Two: 12 hours of just the sounds of a Cascading Waterfall without the classical music.

The musical tones are serene arrangements of the most-loved, composers: Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Mozart, Pachelbel, Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky and more.

The producer of the audiobook is an award-winning sound designer and composer. When he and his wife struggled with sleep apnea, he searched for an audio program that would help. "I mostly found cheap sound effects with repetitive, looping tones. Granted, my background makes me a little picky, but I found these programs more annoying than relaxing."

So he set out to record the best sounds he could find. The ocean waves, rain, thunder, streams and waterfalls are all original recordings.

Next, he experimented with tones. This program is the first to include arrangements of beautiful classical music. "I have produced over twenty experimental programs now and have had sleep doctors, patients, as well as my own friends and family members try them on. This current series of "Sleep Sounds" has been very well received and has been proven to be the most effective by the largest number of people."
