On a beautiful island full of magical creatures, one bunny is destined for an impossible quest. The rare Seither water that provides magic to everyone has been stolen. To make matters worse, the loyal Spartans who were guarding the Seither have gone missing. Someone must find the missing force and the Spartan guards.
But who? Following an ancient prophecy, the Viking King Hareld gives the mission to the most reluctant hero: His nephew, Hoplite, the humble farmer. Assisted by a group of colorful, hilarious, and sometimes-dangerous allies, Hoplite must complete a journey across the kingdom to find the missing magical water and the Spartans before it's too late.
To succeed, Hoplite must lose everything-including his lonely, peaceful life as a lettuce farmer, and become something he never thought possible: a powerful Spartan. With mesmerizing details and unforgettable characters, The Battle Bunnies and the Unlikely Spartan is a rewarding first volume in the transcendent community-created fantasy series.
