"This book and accompanying audio is a spanish version of the award-winning tale by John Steptoe in which an African king must choose between two daughters of opposite temperaments to be his wife.
The story translates well into the Spanish text, and features a child narrator with a clear accent. The reading has a pleasant aural quality and proceeds at an easy-to-flow pace. The page turn signal is the sound of a page turning. subtle background music and sound effects help to establish the mood of the story. Libraries building Spanish language collections will want to add this to their holdings."
