Octogenarian retired bureaucrat and widower - Mr. Krishna Majumdar, suddenly passed away in his sleep, as the circumstances seem to suggest. But his son suspected foul play after scanning the death certificate report, which reported the time of demise to be much early than Majumdars' usual sleeping time. Majumdars' son had been living in the United States, and thus Mr. Majumdar was living all alone during the last many years.
