What happens when video game villains escape into the real world? In this third book in the bestselling Trapped in a Video Game middle grade series, Jesse Rigsby faces his most dangerous mission yet… because this time there are no extra lives.
When robot villains from Super Bot World 3 break free into reality, twelve-year-old gamer Jesse Rigsby must step up—especially when his best friend Eric suddenly vanishes. Now Jesse has no choice but to go solo through perilous mine-cart tracks, face off against sewer-dwelling piranhas, and outwit enigmatic men in suits.
But the real test lies ahead: standing against a towering 100-foot robot named Goliatron. With no cheats, no second chances, and no extra lives, Jesse’s next showdown is his most dangerous yet. Will he rescue Eric and restore peace—before it's game over for real?
Kids ages 8-10 who like video games (and may be reluctant readers) will love this third installment of Dustin Brady’s best-selling five-book series about 12-year-old Jesse Rigsby and the wild adventures he encounters inside different video games.
