Excellent book! Life changing. Gave great insight on restoring the balance in our lives from the busyness of stressful days at work to everything else. it let me sit and ponder which area I am neglecting and which area I could restore and replenish. TARGET AUDIENCE: Significant spiritual component. However not overboard either. However, if you are not openminded to Cristian philosophy this may not be the book for you. To me it was refreshing to have someone willing to share growth without apology for his Cristian beliefs. STORY LINE: Amazing book about developing margin in our life. I became very aware of how many areas in my own life I was living on the edge, just one mistake from disaster. I even brag about how many hours a week I am working, and how exhausted I am. This book was a real eye opener for me. Terrific book. This is absolutely a book that I will be recommending to others. NARRATOR: Excellent narration. Prosody and flow of the reading was terrific. As always, I listen to my books as fast as my audio book reader will allow, and I had no problem listening to this narrator. Excellent job! OVERALL: Can’t wait to recommend this book to my friends.
