Into Their Woods

I didn't think pulling off for a quick bite to eat in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere would change everything. I was wrong. Now, I'm running through the forest wearing nothing but a red cloak, being hunted by wolves. I don't know what in the fucked up Red Riding Hood role-play is going on here, but I'm desperate, terrified, and not ready to die. When they attack, I know this is it. Except… it isn't. Because the den of wolves that bite me somehow turns into men. Men who swear I'm just like them—a shifter. And as much as I don't want to believe them, I'm not sure they're wrong. There's a wildness brimming inside me, something monstrous that's threatening to break loose. The den claims they can help me tame it, but they're not the only ones out here in the woods. Someone trying to drag me from the moonlight into the dark. And it's going to take everything I am, everything I'm becoming, to stop them.
