The Lost: A Zombie Apocalypse Novel

Desperate survivors trek across zombie-infested Europe in the sequel to The Stranded—an apocalyptic thriller perfect for fans of HBO's The Last of Us. It's been six months since the zombie plague was unleashed on humanity. Now Europe is overrun with bloodthirsty corpses, and victims continue to be claimed by the horde en masse. For the dwindling number of uninfected, life is a constant struggle as everyone confronts what they're willing to do to stay alive. Having fled their island refuge, the steadfast survivors from Mallorca now come to a fateful impasse. Breaking up their close-knit community, they must go their separate ways—to Berlin, Amsterdam, Iceland, and beyond. Some go searching for family; some are desperate to return home. And still others look for a way to fight back against the plague. Originally published in German and available for the first time in English, The Lost is the second book in Dinko Skopljak's dystopian trilogy, which also includes The Stranded and The Battered.
