Virginal fox shifter omega, Tim Bowman, knows it's a bad idea to go to one of the Shifters Sanctuary magical Unlocking parties. Omegas aren't allowed for a reason, after all.

Nevertheless, his best friend convinces him to attend anyway and, surprisingly, the world doesn't end. Despite drinking a lot and not remembering much afterwards, it's easy enough to return to his life as a shy, awkward farmhand. However, in the months following the party, something weird starts going on with his body, which makes it even harder to find the confidence to do the things he wants to with Conrad.
