Life Beside The 'C'

When she was sixteen years old, Felicity received a diagnosis that would change her whole life, and even threatened to end it.

She had the 'C' word.

To be specific, she was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia, at that time an incurable form of Cancer.

This is, however, a book of hope. Thanks to medical advancements, although she has not been cured, Felicity's cancer has become treatable, and many of the worst symptoms became manageable.

Now, after living with Cancer for more than half of her life so far, Felicity (with the help of her mother Jackie, and husband Greg) shares the story of her diagnosis, learning to live with her condition, and how she has managed to build a full and happy life beside the 'C'.
