In Perpetual Leaders: Powering the Cycle of Success, Captain Ron Hewett, U.S. Navy (Retired), draws on decades of experience in military service, education, and business to return leadership to enduring principles.

Through stories from naval command, corporate leadership, education, and consulting, Hewett introduces the Four Responsibilities of a Leader, a practical set of competencies that guide how good leaders listen, include others, act, and follow through.

As the world grows louder, faster, and more complex, leadership must be practiced continually in everyday decisions, under pressure, and across changing conditions.

This book is written for anyone who carries responsibility, whether in an organization, a community, or a family. It is a reminder that leadership is built through commitment, consistency, and daily practice.
