This is Milo, and he is a mime. Please, don't call him a clown. Being a mime, Milo can gesture his world into reality. However, Milo has a challenge. He can't speak or use words to communicate. Most people find Milo to be weird or annoying, but once they see him using his quirks for good, the learn that even an unspoken mime can be a hero.
