Sherlock the Border Collie asks Steve Barkley and his family to help Him figure out Who is Stealing from His Human, Dr. Chloe MacDonald, an inventor who is staying at a nursing home. One of her inventions is a dog dictionary attached to Sherlock’s collar that allows him to add to his huge vocabulary. It even translates unusual languages, including cat.
