Moonlight Meditations with Myra

Moonlight Meditations is meant for bedtime relaxation, ideal for 2-12 year olds. In each Book there will be a relaxation phase, followed by a guided meditation to relax their body and mind and be ready to drift off to sleep. The books are progressive in the sense that the meditations start simply and become more advanced, introducing different ways of meditation and different stories and adventures during the meditation. There are some books that focus on specific places, animals and imaginary worlds and others that focus on colors and shapes.
