Murder Unprompted

Charles Paris, seasoned actor and part-time sleuth has taken the part of understudy to the lead in a West End play. Its not an easy position, however. Rivalry on the set is straining everyone's nerves. It started when Alex Household, high-strung and egotistical, lost the starring role to an actor who keeps dropping his lines. In anger, Alex screams, "I want you all out! Gone! Dead! Exterminated!" Now, on opening night, someone has murdered the leading man on stage during his climactic speech. Was it Alex, in an act of revenge, or is some other villain at work behind the scenes?
