Warriors of Non-Violence narrates nine realistic stories of ordinary people who dedicated themselves to the non-violent struggle for India's independence, highlighting the moral power Satyagraha and non-violence in Gandhi's campaign. Recollected by the author's mother, these tales are of people who stood up for their principles and inspired those around them with their commitment to justice and peace.
