The Rancher's Daughter

On the wide grass of Cottonwood Valley, a man's word used to mean something.

Not anymore.

After the sudden death of her father, Rachel Calder finds herself alone at the head of the Bar-C Ranch. The cattle are hers, the land is hers-and so are the enemies that come with it.

Some men want her ranch.

Some men want her gone.

And a few would rather see her buried in the prairie dust.

Two riders arrive in the valley at the same time.

One is a quiet drifting gunman with a past he doesn't discuss.

The other is a hard trail rider who claims he once rode with Rachel's father.
