Based on an actual psychedelic trip, The Big Wow is about an American psychonaut who plunges into the psychedelic realm of DMT and has the trippindicular experience of a lifetime!

If you've never heard of DMT or Dimethyltryptamine, it's an intense mind-altering drug that causes powerful hallucinations and sometimes near-death illusions. DMT does occur naturally in many species of plants and animals including humans. It's a key ingredient in ayahuasca, a psychoactive brew used by shamans in the Amazon to gain spiritual insight.

The jury is still out on what exactly DMT does in our bodies. Some speculate it plays a role in REM sleep, while others are convinced it's there to ease our pain when we die. Whatever the case, it definitely alters human consciousness.

The Big Wow isn't a scientific study, it's a total psychedelic journey.
