I've been waiting for this book! I was always curious about X's life on Earth and how he survived. Loved to see how Miles came into the story as well. It had everything I wanted and more!! And, as usual, RC Bray did an excellent job giving us X's gritty voice and all the other characters as well. If you are a fan of the Hell Diver series, I strongly suggest this book!!
