When we shield ourselves, we use up a tremendous amount of energy which we could have used for healing ourselves and others. The more we shield ourselves, the more bothered we become by outer circumstances. We get quickly angry, worried, and irritated by even the slightest things in life.

In Discovering Reiki, you not only learn what the Reiki system is but also gain insights and teachings on how to live your life more freely and lightly. Having a lighter step in our lives makes everything we do today so much easier; we start to feel more relaxed, open, lighter, grateful and kind.

The more open we feel, the more we can give and receive. Look at your own hand and now make a fist - the tight fist of anger, worry, fear, attachments, you name it. With this tight fist, we can neither receive something nor give something. To receive, we need to open our hand, and to give, we also need to open our hand. So, how can we embrace this concept of an open hand in our daily life? Keep reading and exploring the teachings in Discovering Reiki : Be The Light of Gratitude and Kindness to see how it can help you live a happier and healthier life.

Discovering Reiki – Be The Light of Gratitude and Kindness by Frans Stiene is a real gem of a book.
